This could be titled, on Christ's account, or at His banquet table. It has to do with understanding the wealth of treasures He has given us as well as comprehending all He has done for us, and the mountain of things He has forgiven us. He hands us His name, adopts us, gives us of His power and authority to do His will, and in many ways, says "Use what I have given you to help others as I have helped you."

The light and the glory, the power and the honor, the help and encouragement, and all good things. Food

Jesus taught us that He is the true bread of life come down from heaven.

He said, Except ye eat my flesh and drink my blood, ye have no life in you.

Refers to believing and accepting what he said about communion and everything else he said.

This refers to doing the will of the father.

And it refers to doing thing, enduring things for Christ's sake.

Here's a few light stands pointing from different directions onto the same subject, so none of it gets hidden in the shadows. I write this for me, as much as, or more than for you, but truely for us all.
Hope you see what I see here.

1 point is that He died for us, why? , that we might live for him. We all seem to know this, but do we really know it, unless when our neighbor, or a stranger, or brother or sister presses on us and we do not begrudge it, but instead, out of the treasury of all Christ has done for us, we gladly allow it. For His sake, and as unto Him, and not as unto men, not grudgingly, not thinking, "I'll never get this back," or "I'll never get this evened out in my relationship with this person.",... but instead, we behold the mountain of our own sin which God has washed away in the blood of his own son, and we behold the wealth of salvation , true riches which will never rust away, and we out of that acknowledgement that God has forgiven us unmeasureable amounts, do then also forgive our neighbor for a slight, or an imposition, or any stress.

For Christ's sake means, for the sake of His account with us, wherein He has given us all things pertaining to life and godliness and true riches and eternal glory, and forgiveness of sins and true righteousness. And He has told us, As I have done unto you, go and do likewise to others.

So , when our neighbor or stranger needs something, and it puts us out to allow it or do it, we are to look upon the huge account of how He put Himself out for us, and in His attitude do unto others as He has done for us.

If I gave you a billion dollars, after forgiving you a big debt you had to me, and then said, Oh by the way, I have some relatives, some brothers and sisters living around you that you might encounter from time to time, and if you see them needy in any way, I ask you to take care of it for me out of that which I have given you. That's what it means, "On Christ's account."

On Christ's account, it's like you're going to the mall on His bank account. You're helping people when they ask out of all He has helped you and the "push-pull" is when they're not asking, you're looking for ways to publish the good news, ways to help that connect with the good news of what all God has done through Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord.

This kind of life is fulfilling and rewarding,. The self-seeking life can never be full. One is giving out of an abundance, the other is grasping trying to fill a void.

The ways of this world are upside down to the ways of God. Take a good long look at His way.

Great peace have they who do what He points out to do.

There is no peace, to the wicked.

Righteousness, Peace, and Joy, these are the fruits of the kingdom in your life. Eat these and you will be strong.
