BIG PROBLEM

Parents are too busy to fulfill all their responsibilities toward their children.

Cares of the world have caused many to leave their children to be trained by others.

The Bible says parents have the responsibility to train up their children. But with school and tv parents get little time with their own children. How much time do you invest actually communicating values to your children? How much time does the tv spend doing that job for you? And the public school?

A Baptist preacher wrote a book that explained how Christian parents gave up authority over their children's education. It wasn't a matter of the state taking away that authority, the parents just turned it over to the state. This transfer of power and authority happened in the early 1800's.

The latest World Book Encyclopedia in its article on education explains that now the state is responsible for bringing up children because too many parents are too busy to take care of their children. This is in the first page of its article on education. What an indictment against parents! The state has to take care of children because parents are too busy. And this is so common, so wide spread, so much an accepted part of our 1990's society, that it is the leading thought in a common classroom encyclopedia for children to read.

Children read that article and it explains everything to them. It explains to the child why they should not expect to have a parent at home because it's just the way things are. It's life. Wow! So the little kid doesn't even look for anything better in his life because the encyclopedia said that's the way things are. How terrible. This Parent's Information Network exists to help do something about this big problem.

Even now parents continually explain they are just too busy to get involved with their children's education. I hope to give you enough information that you will change your mind and for the sake of your children, and your own eternal soul, you will do what is necessary for the good of your children.

Pay attention to the books your child is reading and the special classes presented at school. Self-esteem classes, conflict resolution classes, sex classes, evolution curriculum, American History omissions and bias towards the new world economic order, wasted time on nonsense in school, television used for baby sitter in school, lack of sufficient physical education time, training the children to conform and discouraging independence, and all the things that are happening each week through the new theories of education being exercised in our public schools.

You've heard the phrase 'sound-bite'? That concept has now been extended into school. Some traditional teachers explain the children are not being taught or trained to develop an ability to focus their mind and develop a thought for a sufficient period of time. The children are being trained to 'short-shallow thinking'. I have observed this. Others have written national books on it, or at least chapters in books.

Is it really necessary for both parents to work? Must America the land of the brave and the home of the free no longer be able to have a mom at home to take care of the children? Must dad have to work so long that he cannot even know what his children are being trained at school? Are parent's giving their children over to the state like the World Book Encyclopedia says?
