Just watched a TV serious talk show where a supreme court judge had just written a book
about Active Liberty: Interpreting our democratic constitution.
This judge was appointed through Clinton in 1994.
First: The Constitution clearly tells us it has given us a republican form of government.
The phrase, republican form of government, is spelled out in that foundational document of the United States of America.
Why can't people get it. Because since John Dewey (the father of 'modern' education) wrote out his battle plan in his book
Democracy in Education, government schools and text books have been changing America.
How: Social Engineering is accomplished inch by inch through the selection of ideas given to children in schools.
This was recognized by the French Revolution, the Communist Revolution, the Third Reich, and by the atheists.
Somehow, the church people of traditional America have blinded their eyes to the problem of giving up control over
what is given and not given to their children in school.
John Dewey clearly expressed his goal to change the way Americans perceived their form of government.
He wanted to change from thinking it was supposed to be a republican form of government and change it to thinking
it was a democracy.
Do you know the difference?
What did the Founding Fathers believe about democracies?
What form of government did they establish for the protection and preservation of America?
Why did they choose that form over a democracy?
What is the difference? The man who wrote the first American Dictionary, Noah Webster, put it this way:
Our republican form of government affords us an Absolute set of laws under which all others must conform,
and it also allows the people, on an equal basis ie democratic basis, to vote for those whom they want to represent
their voice in the government.
Congress makes the laws. People use democratic elections to vote for whom they want in congress representing them.
People were not to vote about making laws, only were to vote on whom was going to represent them.
Congress makes the laws. Judges weigh the cases under those laws. No long was valid that contradicted the absolute laws of
nature and nature's God, our Creator, the Supreme Judge of the universe (See the Declaration of Independence about God).
And remember the Constitution was written in the light of that Declaration of Independence. The first five presidents
and Supreme Court Chief Justices agreed the Constitution must be understood in the light and spirit of that Declaration of
Independence. Today, and for the last 50 years or more, school children have been told the Constitution is disconnected from
the Declaration of Independence. This is a teaching designed to cut American's off from their roots. People know that when
you cut a tree from its roots you can move it any way you want, and into any position you want it to have.
Stalin knew this and so declared. Why don't American's recognize the cutting off of roots and restore the roots, rebuild
the foundation in the minds of children and their parents.
Since the days immediately following World War II, the Supreme Court has been changing laws that were established and
practiced since the beginnings of America. Judge Warren declared he didn't care what the Constitution said, It meant
whatever he said it meant. This change began most clearly with Justice Holmes. See my article at www.ChristianParents.com
Justice Holmes got his ideas from the first evolutionary law courses taught at Columbian University around 1870-1890.
He sat on the Supreme Court around 1920. He planted some of the first seeds of change to ignore absolute law and replace it
with "evolutionary law". Those seeds have grown like weeds while good men did little or nothing. So we have reached our
present predicament.
Pray. Ask for guidance and what you can do.
The public is flooded with materials telling them we live in a democracy, and they assume nothing else.
In a democracy, people vote the law; there is nothing to limit what the majority can vote.
If the brown eyes want to vote out the blue eyes, they can do it. Democracies can be nothing more than a
contest between culture groups. With a republican form of government there are still contests between culture groups,
but there are also LIMITS, by absolute laws that cannot be overcome by the voices of a multitude.
Notes: When the text books are paid by government funding, they become government text books, subject to all the
financial-politics of any other branch of government subsidies. Parents you are paying for the mis-teaching
of your children in many ways. Your taxes are being used by those who stand adverse to your way of thinking.
Please take heed and vote and act accordingly. Faith without works is a sad thing.
