Cartoons are changing America's children and the future

Brave new world revisited shows big changes. Social engineering has neutered American men to a great extent. Of course female hormones in the food supply doesn't help. But tv, media, and school teachings of passive or no response do not help either. We have given up man-hood in exchange for complacent conformity. We have given up individualism in trade for "group-think". To many younger people today, being called an individualist would be a bad thing socially. I for sure know a few who think it is not a good label to have. First it was the mighty mouse cartoons. Tommy guns mowed people down and then they got right back up. Children learned no laws of cause and effect. Maybe they learned lots of things don't count anymore the way people used to think.

Then it was chaos. Children didn't learn patterns, repeating patterns that matter. Instead they learned to expect chaos.

Then it was disrespect and poking jokes at tradition and the elderly.

Then it was "children rule".

Then along came Mad TV. It got booted off for awhile, but found it's way back in many forms.

We also had an eighties' version of the blond headed flat-top new version of a kid leader, Bart Simpson. He too was run off for awhile, but came back stronger and stayed. He came on early in the changes and was run off by enough adults, but a decade later, the youngsters out voted and Bart stayed.

Now we have queer cartoon characters for pre-schoolers to watch, along with the ultimate passives, Telly-Tubbies.

All that with added computer violence games for the older kids. Extreme violence and rampant fornication on tv overflows the cup, poisoning the soul.

Coupled with all this, children are drilled in passive, non-aggressive, and conformist thoughts from 1st grade through graduation.

And wondering what the results are after over 50 years of this conditioning trend, I turn on the tv to see the news.

And what do I see, police standing 50 feet away from a dorm where students have been shot, watching and holding public address speaker horns, standing two at a time behind trees with their guns drawn, holding their pistol with both hands, looking at the building 50 feet away where students have been shot. Then another police car comes up, a police "man" gets out, draws pistol, looks toward the building, and for a moment, just a moment, I thought that person would go toward the building.... but alas, no; instead that person began a trot angling away from the building to get back behind four other policemen behind their cars with their bull horns in one hand and pistols in another. The knee-in feet windmilling out motion of the last person to drive up was not comforting as it seemed unlikely that such a woman could do much to stop the killing going on inside the building.

It seems to me, until the 80's at least, someone would have gone towards and inside the building where students had been shot instead of positioning themselves to watch and talk with bull horns. Certainly at least up until the seventies.

Guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it proceed the issues of life. Guard what you watch, listen to, and participate in for it will color your soul according to the color of what you accept as "entertainment" or "casual relaxation".

To borrow a quote from another site :
"Most people are trained, from a very early age, to stop noticing goodness and beauty. People who don’t notice goodness and beauty don’t notice evil and lies either. The Machine doesn’t want you dead, per se, but it wants to rewire your brain so that you forget that you’re alive. It wants you undead, because you’re really only useful to it as an easily programmed zombie. Life is difficult for people who refuse the programming. The path of least resistance is to embrace the ignoramus zombie scripts and hope that the resulting mental illness, chronic disease and financial ruin don’t make things too unpleasant. But that’s what the drugs and gadgets are for…" See http://cryptogon.com/?p=595

Read the good books, read the old books. Search them out while you can still find them. Cause most of the new have been written by people who have already been absorbed into the vacuum.

How many of you think a college campus of the 1940's or 50's or 60's would have responded differently, both by the police and the students. But remember, those were the days when young men were still raised up to think very differently from today.

America, what have you lost?
