God knows and will show you

He made you, he designed you and created you. Before you were formed in your mother's womb, He knew you. (Jeremiah 1:5 Isaiah 43:1,7 Isaiah 44:2)

He loves you with an eternal love. He cares for you with the compassion of Eternal Father God. He has planned a way for you. You can experience the best as you follow His guidance for all your life.

His word is as a light shining onto the path of your feet, the path you walk in this life. Let His word shine brightly for you. Each word of His that lives in your heart gives you more light by which to see your path. (Psalm 119:105,130)

Build up a rich treasure of the word of God in your heart. Write His word on the tablet of your heart. As the fire and finger of God burned the word of God onto the tablets of Moses, so have faith for His word to be indelibly engraved in your heart.

His Spirit will lead you into all truth when you meditate on His word. His Spirit is with you always. His annointing abides with you always. He will bring all things to your rememberance. (John 14:17,26 and 16:13-15)

Ask Him to give you wisdom, and He will. (James 1:5) Because He loves to do those things that please Him. It pleases Him greatly to see us receive wisdom and instruction in righteousness.

David was a man after God's own heart. His desire for the word of God is greater than his desire for any other kind of riches. He is a good example for us to follow. Let the testimony of David also be your testimony. God is no respecter of persons. He will do for you what He did for David when your testimony is like David's.

The law of your mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver. (Psalms 119:72)

I love your commandments above gold; yes, above fine gold. (Psalms 119:27)

Receive My instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold. (Proverbs 8:10) For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it. (Proverbs 8:11)

How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver! (Proverbs 16:16)

For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? (Matthew 16:26) So is he that lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God. (Luke 12:21)

buried treasure on a trusted map. Imagine if you had a map to
a treasure chest full of silver, gold, diamonds, and precious
jewels... How hard you would work to dig it up!

WISDOM PRODUCES BETTER FRUIT AND MORE KINDS OF FRUIT THAN GOLD

My fruit (the fruit of wisdom) Fruit is a result of what you do. is better than gold, You can get better results with yea, than fine gold; wisdom than with a room full of gold and my revenue is better than choice silver. (Proverbs 8:19)

For the merchandise of it is It is easier to get things done with better than the merchandise the use of wisdom than with the use of silver, and the gain thereof of money. You can gain more with is better than fine gold. wisdom, knowledge, and understanding (Proverbs 3:14) than with gold, silver, and rubies.

For wisdom is a defence, You can buy an army with money, and and money is a defence: you can build a fortress to protect but the excellency of knowledge is, from enemies; but it requires wisdom that wisdom gives life and knowledge to get the job done in to them that have it. such a manner that everything (Ecclestastes 7:12) accomplishes its purpose.

Consider the ancient kings who had rooms full of gold. Could they build a rocket to the moon? Could they generate electricty for radio communications? Wisdom, knowledge, and understanding can accomplish more than gold and silver, both in this present world as well as that which is to come.

Silver and gold can only be on any help in this present world. It does not help you at all after the grave. You can't take silver and gold with you. Wisdom and its fruit, the eternal riches go with you into that life which is to come.

Wisdom helps you make better use of any silver or gold you have. You get better results than if you'd used the gold foolishly or ignorantly. The wisdom does go with your soul into eternity with God.

With gold you can only buy what already has been done. With wisdom you can create new things, and do the old things better.

MANY SCHOOL BOOKS, BUT ONLY ONE BIBLE TO LEARN

We have many books to learn in school, but only one Bible. How many people have mastered those books needed for our grades in school? And how many have mastered the one book needed for our success and victory in life?

Don't put it off any longer. Study the word of God to show yourself approved, a workman that doesn't have to be ashamed, able to rightly divide the word of truth.

David, the man who was called by God, " a man after God's own heart", said these words..."I have treasured up Your word in my heart..."

What does this mean? What can we learn from David's actions and attitudes? If you treasure up something, you don't just put it in the room to collect dust. You store it up carefully, making sure it will be protected. You highly value it. You gather it together like the oil men gather their barrels of oil. You store it up so it can be put to good use.

The phrase 'treasure up' means we should put a high value on it,... enough to gather it together instead of leaving. What would you do if you saw money scattered on the ground? The word of God is more valuable than money.

Some people 'treasure up' the word of God into their heart. Others just leave it for the 'dump pile'. Are you leaving the word of God for the dump pile, or are you treasuring it up into your heart?

Seek out the book of the Lord, and read. Treasure up His word in your heart more than you would silver and gold.

The word of God is good seed that you are invited to plant into your heart. It will grow and bring forth fruit of many good things in your life. It can bring forth fruit thirty fold, sixty fold and a hundred fold in your life! (see the parable of the Sower in Luke 8:5)

Let these words of King David be the thoughts of your heart and the testimony of your soul and the words of your mouth.

You will not be ashamed when you respect all His word. (Psalm 119:6) His word will work in your life to cleanse it. (Psalm 119:9) The word of God is a light for your path in life. (Psalm 119:105) "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." The testimonies of God will give joy to your heart. (Psalm 119:111) The entrance of God's word gives light to your soul. (Psalm 119:130) He will order your life according to His word, and not let any sin have power over you. (Psalm 119:133)

Great peace have they that love the word of God, and nothing shall offend them. (Psalm 119:165)

God delivers you according to His word. (Psalm 119:170) He delivers you and saves you from all your enemies (Luke 1:71)

You will understand right things, and judgment, and equity; you will understand every good path in life. (Proverbs 2:9) You will find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man. Pr 3:4

You will gain wisdom that grows into a tree of life for you in all you do. (see Proverbs 3:18) You will walk in pleasant paths instead of agonizing paths. Your paths in life will be filled with peace instead of turmoil. You will gain happiness instead of despair. (See Proverbs 3:17)

You will walk in confidence, and not stumble. (see Proverbs 3:23,24)

You will not be afraid when sudden violence appears. (Pr 3:25)

You will be rewarded by God for paying attention to His word. (Proverb 13:13) You will be blessed in this lifetime as well as that which is to come. (See 1 Timothy 4:8 which says, "godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.)

These prayers are referenced from Psalm 119. The verse is given at the end of each prayer. Each prayer has a specific thought that you can find in the verse number given if you will look in Psalms chapter 119. These prayers are not an exact quote from the verse; instead the verse is used to show that the prayer is within the will of God for you. It is His will to help you learn and understand His holy word. The thoughts listed here simply show you some of the details how you can work together with God when you pray according to His will.

YOU CAN TRUST THE WORD OF GOD .

King David said it like this, " ...I esteem all Thy precepts concerning all things to be right;..." (Psalm 119:128)

The word of God is pure. (Psalm 119:140)

The word of God is right. And it is right forever. (Psalm 119:144)

All His commandments are truth. (Psalm 119:151) And He has set them up forever, they will never fail. (Psalm 119:152, 160)

It is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. It is harder for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of heaven than for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, but with God all things are possible. (Luke 12:32 and Luke 18:24,25)
