Following the compass
is a good way to stay on path to your desired goal.
What is the compass for your life?
God's word is a wonderful guide for your feet.
His truth gives you a bright light to discern the path.
The words that Jesus says unto you, they are Spirit and they are Life. John 6:63
He is come that you may have life and have it more abundantly. John 10:10 So follow Him.
You can help yourself do this with the faith you gain by reading His word.
Romans, the tenth chapter tells you faith comes by the word of God.
You follow the path that takes you closer to God. Not any of the paths that lead you away from God.
The spiritual compass of which I speak always points you the direction that takes you closer to God.
The action that is His best plan and purpose for you will be seen through the light of faith.
Faith is a gift of God, and increases as you hear His word, and hearing ability is through His word.
"Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:
In this way you will get the right degree, the right job, the right wife.
His Spirit is with you now or you wouldn't be reading this. Let Him fill you with His Spirit.
Thank Him for all the good help He has already given you, and give Him the glory in your life.
His Name is Wonderful because He is wonderful. His Name is Counselor because He is your Counselor.
His Name is Almighty God, because He is the one true Almighty God. Isn't it wonderful that you
have Almighty God for your Counselor.
He will guide you. It is only up to you to choose to follow.
Jesus says He is the Way, and the Truth, and the Life, follow Him therefore and do those things that
draw you nearer to His goal for you.
(Question for the day: Why do kings build castles with walls ?
To protect their peace of their family and things they love most. So we don't really need a ton of money, when what we want is peace to enjoy what we love the most....
so having sufficient, let us therewith be content
for contentment is a word dispised mostly in western cultures
but of great value to those who are wise, and in all the ancient writings, contentment with godliness is great gain
but to seek after riches is to bring problems....
there is a difference between doing good things that result in good results and just plain seeking after increase of money to the end of having it burst out the barns
