and also teach them to sing. Get free and sing and dance, move with your soul and heart,
and communicate this to your children. Best by showing and doing. let them copy.

A trained brain can learn other things more easily.
Such things give advantage to the child.
Feed them good food, for spirit soul and body.
You don't have to become a Ph.D. in nutrition and learn all the details; but you can learn the general ways
by listening to a good natural food teacher. This will greatly benefit your children and yourself.
So there is a time to show them liberty of motion and speech and song with full expression;
and there is a time to show them training of self-control in movement, thought, and deed.
