Sometimes we ask for more blessings when we first need to repent for what we've disobeyed.
Consider those whose sins were identified, named, defined, and their idolatrous places removed.
That's what we must do.
We are idolizing a school system that forbids the little children learning of Jesus.
We have falsely justified ourselves in not teaching scripture to children in school.
We have falsely justified ourselves in failing to teach all subjects in a way harmonious with the will of God.
We are so guilty. God have mercy on us. Lead us to repentance in word and deed.
Recognize this: The children burned in the fires of Baal, were accepted into the presence of God.
And this: The children who were aborted in their mother's womb, were accepted into the presence of God.
And then this: The children who went to America's current style public school and attended church and went to college, 80% stopped going to church:
How many do you think were accepted into the presence of God when they died?
America's situation today reminds me of when the house of Israel sought God for twenty years,
and until Samuel showed them the idolatrous practices that kept them from God, they sought His help in vain.

My prayer is that this year, the national day of prayer will do something more than ask for blessings.
Something that can prepare them to be blessed again.
That American people will ask for recognition of their sins
and repentance that they might be healed.
We need the merciful blessing of conviction of sin and repentance,
because unless we repent we shall not change our course.
May God grant conviction of sin and have the Holy Spirit
lead us to repentance. God lead to the removal of false idols to make room for the blessings of God.
There is little difference between removing God from children's schools in Stalin's land, Hitler's land,
and any other aethiestic land (Hint: Denying God, teaching things contrary to God is the same sin in all lands)
What can American's say to justify themselves? Can they say, Well when Stalin did it, he was promoting communism.
When Hitler did it, he was promoting the Reich. And America's not promoting either of those.
Well, America, what are you promoting. Besides atheism, which was the root of both Stalin and Hitler's efforts.
By denying God to the children in school, you are promoting atheism.
You are breaking the will of God in regards to training up your children.
For the National Day of Prayer....
We must recognize our sins and repent.
Just like in John 3:14 where the people recognized the serpent that bit them so they could be healed.
People know John 3:16, and we also need to know 3:14 about recognizing our sins so we can be healed.
Praying to God while we still have idols in our heart is not so effective.
(See Ezekiel 14:4 about being answered according to the idols in your heart.)
See 1st Sam 7:1-7 about a people who sought God for 20 years in vain till they recognized
and tore down their idols. And they were no more aware of their idolatry than American's are today.
And yes, our Declaration of Independence declares our dependence upon the protection of God for this nation's well being.
Look around.
We no longer teach Bible in schools. We used to. Do you know how many bible verses that breaks?
Parents no longer teach Bible to their children. How evil and deceived and blind can you say that is.
1st John 1:9 says, If we confess our sins as being the way God says they are, then He is faithful and just to forgive
us and to cleanse us. Many places teach us that if we deny or justify our sins, we're in trouble.
We have not stood up for God in protecting and maintaining the liberty of faith which founded this nation.
Jesus explained clearly if we are ashamed of God then we cannot expect God to rejoice in us or even associate with us.
Let the fathers turn their hearts to the children to teach them the things of LIFE. Malachi 4:4,5,6
Let this prayer be heard by God from every heart.
Father, you said when the Holy Spirit comes, He will convict of sin, righteousness, and eternal judgment.
Father, lead us to repentance that we may be forgiven and cleansed.
Show us the evil of our wicked ways, and turn us to the glory of your righteous ways.
Turn us O Lord, and we shall be turned.
The children have been robbed; O Lord, help us restore their inheritance as Noah Webster intended our schools to do,
as You intend them to learn. Restore to us all our historic Christian examples in American history.
Give us again the bold courage of faith to restore our righteous thoughts, health, our food, and yes, even our money.
Help us, O Lord, to know these things and follow through according to your holy will.

Some common idols.
Pleasing people instead of God.
Sabath breaking
Putting the things of this world before the things of the kingdom of God
Seeking wealth instead of peace and contentment.
Paying teachers who will not teach the things of God, neither from the Bible nor from the history events.
Compare a wife who worships balaam with a woman who teaches your children. What's the difference.
Despising the word of God. How many are truly familiar with the scriptures?
Being slothful in the things of God and excusing ourselves in it.
Falling down before the unbelievers as they rob our schools of America's heritage in Christ.
I put it to you, which child is better off, the baby who was burned in fires of Baal by it's parents,
or the child who grew up watching poison tv and was sent to schools whose purpose as guided by B.F. Skinner
to be free of all faith and religion by the sixth grade, then goes on to college and is affirmed in a condition
of no need for God, and then when he or she finally dies, does not know God. I tell you the child who was burned in the
fires of Baal to kill it, is better off in eternity with God. Parents, you must redeem the days for your children.
Since we allowed the children's schools to be plundered of the stories of God and our American history of faith toward God,
we have seen the arrival of a huge police state, and increased poverty instead of what the winner's of WWII expected this
nation to become. Higher taxes, bigger government, worse health, and internal attacks by drugs and terrorists.
America, read John 3:14. Admit your need to recognize your own sins. Confess them in agreement with God,
describing them as He describes them, and He will heal your land. But if you only ask for blessing, then are you any different
from the people who asked 20 years for blessing while they continued in their idolatry.
God bless you and give you understanding to recognize the serpent that bit so you may be healed.
Dear Lord God Almighty, In Jesus' Holy Name that is above all names, YESHUA, I ask
your Holy Spirit to convict us of the sins we know not, the sins we have excused,
the sins against God and against the written will of God that we have falsely justified and explained away.
Lord as the House of Israel had to have the serpent that bit them lifted up to them
so they could behold the serpent that poisoned them and made them sick and weak, before they could be healed;
so must we be according to 1st John 1:9 in total agreement with God as You see our sins. No whitewashing allowed.
But we must call them as you call them, and define them as you define.
Then we can be forgiven and cleansed, healed and blessed again.
Lord, you carefully told us many times to have godly teachers presenting godly instruction to our children daily.
We are guilty of making excuses for paying wages to those who fail your instructions in teaching children.
Lord, help us to see that babes sacrificed in the fires of Baal are better off than those who are sent
to teachers for twelve or sixteen years or more who are never taught the truths of God and are denied on a daily basis
their daily bread of the living word of God. Those children, for the most part, will say, would that I had been
sacrificed to Baal as a babe, at least then I would have died and gone to heaven; far better than burning in eternal torment
with a head full of worldly knowledge and things contrary to God.
Lord, we have broken your will in training up our children. We have sinned against you and our children.
Give us godly repentance, O Lord.
