This is a summary of U.N. and the World Health Organization plans supported by many powers in the U.S.A.
According to a Teacher Training Manual from the National Training Institute for Applied Behavioral Science,
"Although they [the children] appear to behave appropriately and seem normal by most cultural standards,
they may actually be in need of mental health care in order to help them change, adapt, and comfier
to the PLANNED society in which there will be no conflict of attitudes or beliefs." Does this not sound like brainwashing to you?
The above reference to conflict of beliefs connects with children who are raised to believe in traditional values of God, honor, father and mother. Such beliefs can conflict head on with Psychology, conformity, and the state authorities replacing mom and dad for sources of values. I've already had a man tell me that whatever the state wanted for his children was categorically OK with him. He explained his reasoning as the STATE spends more time thinking about it than he does, so they know best.
Josh McDowell has much to say for Christian parents on this subject of schools teaching our children into tolerance and full acceptance of everyone's ideas and values. Also Steven Kossor has a web site on how the schools are being used to affect children according to the U.N. world plans. It's been creeping into the schools for a long time now. And the teachers who see it are too afraid of losing their jobs to say anything to the parents. At least that's what many teachers have told me.
"The challenge to humanity is to adopt new ways of thinking, new ways of acting, new ways of organizing itself in society, in short, new ways of living." Our Creative Diversity; UNESCO. Their new way of thinking has brought our educational system to a point it is being judged as a dismal failure. Now a new way of thinking is needed in our health care industry. We are all supposed to think alike, look alike, and sound alike. Individualism is a no-no.
In 1946 Brock Chisholm, a Canadian psychiatrist, the first head of WHO, laid the cornerstone for today's mental health program. Fifty years later since he called for UN controls that would abolish divisive Christian "certainties" WHO commands an international networking agency that helps nations around the world change and monitor the ways their people think, choose, and act. Its called Nations For Mental Health, it links each member to the UN agenda and steers each nation toward the UN goal. "Mental health policies should enable ALL individuals whose mental health is disturbed or whose psychological balance may be compromised to obtain services adapted to their needs, and to promote the optimal development of the mental health of the population."
Dr. David Stacher, U.S. Surgeon General and Assistant Secretary for Health, gave a progress report at a National Healthy People Consortium in November 1998, "We have a clear blueprint in place. Currently, 47 states are actively involved in Healthy People 2000 and 'Healthy City and Healthy Community' initiatives are being pursued throughout the country. Hundreds of national organizations have reviewed the Year 2000 objectives and have adopted them as their own. He then drew the connection between Healthy Start, Healthy People, mental health and the World Health Organization. "Every child should be given the opportunity for a healthy start..No priority yet has generated as much interest and enthusiasm as this one on mental health." Healthy People 2010 is America's contribution to WHO's commitment to health for ALL.
Dr. Shalala and other "agents of change " tell us that the old ways "a person thinks, feels, act" must change. In other words a Christian way of thinking because it follows the old ways, doesn't fit the NEW GLOBAL ideology. These new beliefs and new thinking of the New World Order crowd are key to the global management system.

On January 14, 1999, Tipper Gore announced an unprecedented $70 million dollar increase in the mental health services block grants, a 24% increase, totaling $358 million for FY 2000. This will enable states to target particularly-hard-to reach adults and children with severe mental illnesses, improve school violence abatement programs, help states provide new effective medications for people with mental illness, and provide services to older Americans who are reluctant to use mental health services in traditional mental health settings.
In her remarks "Despite the many advances we have made in science, research, awareness and treatment, mental illness continues to be treated differently from physical illness, leading to more misunderstanding, greater stigma and discrimination, increased reluctance to seek help, and greater disparity in insurance coverage. I believe that our efforts will help bridge the gap that has formed between mental health and whole health and point the way to a greater understanding of how our families, friends and neighbors can truly live healthier, happier lives."
Why the sudden push on mental health? The Clinton Administration has had six years to make policy changes and has not done so outside the Americans with Disabilities Act? Could it be tied with the UN's plans? Have you noticed lately how all the political people from the President down to your local councilmen have started to think and speak globalese? For example the Japanese have proposed a global currency and in Europe the EURO has just recently replaced the currencies of several European nations.
Globalization is the new way of thinking. If you don't agree with that then you must be of the old school and therefore, according to the UN your mental attitude must be changed through the mental health industry. And as we all know God's plan for salvation through His Son, Jesus is not on the UN's agenda.
A NEW WAY OF THINKING, THE UN'S WAY, NOT GOD'S WAY
