Taxation with representation is the American goal.
Government by the informed CONSENT and agreement of the people is the ideal of this nation.

Teachers tell me they don't have money to buy a balance scale to demonstrate foundational understanding of equality. This needs to be corrected.

Teachers tell me they don't have money to buy teaching materials on the wisdom from those men who established America.

Librarians tell me there is no money to buy science evidence on creation books. But there's lots of goosebump books.

HOW MUCH OF THAT 37 Billion Do You Believe Is Being Spent Like You Want?
Clinton wants to expand the beuraracy more, with an incrase of $689 million to spend just on the Office of Education Research and Improvement.

Sixty percent increase in federal school spending is what Clinton wants.
Parents, if you want good local education, you've got to see that your money is spent locally, not on some ivory tower central research theories.

SCHOOL BUDGET
Too much of it aimed upward at pleasing government with paper work statistics.

Administration building ten times bigger than it needs to be. We ran just as many students out of a building that would fit in one corner of what now is the administration building. And we had a better system because the money was spent on teaching instead of on statistics to please a beuracracy.

Ratio of teachers to administrators,
Ratio of dollars spent on classroom teaching time and other time, administration
Ratio of dollars spent on children verses other things.

Lots of time on stuff the kids don't need, geological theory of rocks, theories of dinasaurs evolution, cave men, for weeks at a time; but precious too little on foundations of America, the words of great men who established this nation.
