Women are supposed to be soft and beautiful, but that doesn't mean frail. Isaac's wife was not exhausted by watering the camels.

Little girls, let yourself be a woman. You don't have to be a combat soldier. Plenty of men left who want to be a man instead of a unisex and have a wife who is a women instead of a she-man. Women have breasts and a womb intended for moisture and nourishment. Your very nature is blessed to receive from a man and enhance it, thus you are a manager. Consider the babe growing in the womb. Consider Eve managing the garden presented to Adam. She assisted and made to increase what Adam had. Do you see a foundational pattern? Women as a group are excellent managers compared to men, while men are more inclined to hunt, create, invent something new, find something new. Variations of all degrees exist in various people. But if you study the bell curve, I think you'll see that kind of pattern.

Given a healthy body and not a diseased one, then it is safe to say: A man is responsible for the lines in his face. Strong men have lines of force in their face. You see a slack face, it reflects a slack develoment of soul. It's like when someone goes to move a rock. At first they push but it doesn't move. One man takes a more intent look at it to study the rock, braces his feet to the ground, leans his shoulder into it, focuses all his will and strength, enduring the pain of so much muscle tension, forcing till it moves.
All that focusing of intense desire and then effort to accomplish said desire will put lines of focus in a persons body and face.

The warrior trains himself to overcome first his self, then whatever obstacle is before him. But it is a matter of heart, mind, spirit, and desire more than ability or strength. The one who wants the goal more than he wants the comfort of not putting forth the effort to gain the goal, usually gets it. The one who wants to stay within their comfort zone, quits and says "I can't." It's too hard.

Most people grow or wither to a level of strength and ability that fits their desire.
