Particularly, George explained it is better for students to learn our own ways before studying foreign ways.
When teachers apply the argument of which brave new world teacher colleges are so fond,
they do greatly err.
They refer back to John Stuart Mill on the grand theme of Liberty.
Appealing to his authority and reasoning, his primacy in thought,
they falsely say an untested belief is no belief at all.
Then they proceed falsely justifing the introduction of foreign
and contrary ideas before the home ideas, (the child's foundations of understanding) are established
George Washington understood this pattern of mis-information, and its dangers.
He warned against it in his speech.
His Farewell Address is no longer taught in our schools.
The reason why is clear to anyone who is willing to believe.
It is difficult to show much of the Founding Fathers original intent being taught today.
It is easy to find major discussions and many lesson plans on ideas contrary to the original intent.
Karl Marx is eulogized while the ideas of George Washington are omitted.
Socialized Democracy is praised while the understanding taught by Noah Webster
of the form of government guaranteed by the Constitution are omitted.
Nationalism and Christianity are denigrated while the U.N. is presented as the new salvation to the problems of the world.
The media and texts are filled with comments about how the U.N. is helping the world with free-trade and democracy.
The explanation is presented that those two items, free-trade
and democracy made America great, and therefore will also make the world great.
This is false.
The statement is made that it is to our advantage to help the U.N. bring those two items to the rest of the world.
Egypt, Rome, and Greece had free-trade. Greece had free-trade and democracy.
America was established as a republic under God. Ample evidence of this is still existent in the writings of early teachers and statesmen.
But you will not be able to find 5% of our students who understood what this meant, a republic under God.
The state has now taken away many rights that existed sixty years ago.
My liberty to exercise my faith to raise children in a godly school
has been robbed by forced taxation against my will
to make me pay for schools with which I disagree, in principle and it particulars.
My first amendment rights have been robbed by nine men
on a run-a-way supreme court who illegally changed the laws of the land
when they effectually changed the Constitution
without a vote of the people and of the states as is required according to the Constitution!
Bible classes were barred from being on school campus by the Supreme Court in 1947.

Our schools are denying God. They deny all His commandments to lift Him up to the children.

Christians should not be allowing the U.N.
World Plan for Education to guide their children's curriculum.
The U.N. goal is for many attitudes contrary to Christ be instilled in the children.
The U.N. curriculum seeks diligently to produce children
who accept the U.N. ideas, many of which contradict scripture.
By a democratic vote, we would have the right
to teach our children in schools that uplifted God and His word to the children.
But all that was changed by a run-a-way so called Supreme Court in 1947
when Bible courses were banned from public school campuses.
That was the first tax-supported fruit of the enemy's plan
to stop the children from learning the Truth.

according to law (the Constitution is not supposed to be changed except by a vote)
The Supreme Court is not supposed to be able to change the Constitution,
but they effectively did when they bluffed the people
into accepting their new and unprecedented ruling to change
the meaning of the words that had existed since 1789 and had been in practice since 1620.
Read on, and weep. Then ask God for strength and courage to do what is right in His sight. Amen.
Today, teachers, school boards, principals, and superintendents
are afraid of getting sued by the ACLU
if they even so much as mention Christian words of America's great leaders in the past.
It is my prayer that we will all have mercy
and the presence of God enough in our lives
that we fear displeasing HIM more than we fear displeasing men.
Children think if God is so important, why isn't He in the schools?
If Christian history is important, why isn't it in the school books?
They learn from example, to omit God from their daily thoughts.
And so it is that the salt loses its strength to preserve (Matthew 5:13).
The salt has lost its power to preserve, and the meat has become rotten
so that even children murder children in our schools today.
Guard dogs and police are in the hallways to protect our children from themselves.
The truth of God has been driven out of the school books,
and confusion and shame and sin has rushed in to fill the void.

My son's sophmore history book at Rider has an appealing article on Karl Marx. It would lead a student to see desirable things in socialistic democracy. That same book does a terrible job of teaching the benefits of individual liberty. Can you recognize why?
According to the Encyclopedia Britannica, 1952 article on Education, the head of each family wants his child to be taught according to his beliefs. That used to be the American, the British, the Judeo-Christian ideal. That ideal is expressed by the Founding Documents of our nation. The Northwest Ordinance defined requirements for new states to the Union. It linked schools and religious training of children as a requirement for becoming a state in the Union. American families used to want their children taught up in the Christian faith with godly eternal and absolute value systems.
Those heads of families demanded their children be taught in a school where the Bible was recognized as the only true foundation for knowledge. They held the Christian faith as supreme and necessary to this nation. They did not teach that all beliefs are equal. They taught absolute, eternal values; but today, Evolution teaches the only valuable thing is change, the only constant is change. John Dewey loved this change for change's sake. He wanted children to be cleansed of their futile, he thinks its futile, hope in God. John Dewey would have been taken to task by the founders of this nation.
What faith could long exist if it continues to teach its children that there is no difference from one faith to another? Schools are teaching that there are no absolutes. They are training children to ignore God by following the example of public schools which parents have endorsed and pay taxes to subsidize, and approve of by their silence.
If you think true values can be taught without the unchanging absolute of Eternal God who judges all men then consider the original schoolmasters in America who said the foundation for all knowledge is God and His word. As Harvard originally was. As the first 106 of the first 108 schools in America were founded on the Christian faith. This is not a call for the government to sponsor Christian schools, This is a call for Christian parents to provide Christian schools for their children. Separation of state from the school that teaches the children. The worst oppression occurs when people are taught by the government that rules them.
Individual rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of individual happiness are on a collision course with the socialist course of big government getting bigger and bigger. The national school system budget, according to William Bennett is second only to the national defence budget. The economic and political control of such power is eagerly sought by unions and government officials. Parents, wake up and smell the roses and learn the difference from the weeds.

Free Enterprise Schools
Remember the words Free-Enterprise?
How about a return to free-enterprise schools instead of nationally controlled government schools? If we want to use taxes to pay for schools, then they can still give us vouchers so we can let the free market determine which schools parents want for their children.
Parents' first rights includes the right to train up their own children according to their own belief.
America has been conditioned for generations to think of private schools as being somehow inherently prideful, bad, tied to the abuse of capitalism, and stuck-up. But it's not. It's just the only way that families can have a choice for what their child learns five days a week in school. This site links you to many other voices of parents saying the same things in more and different ways. Please read on, dear reader. Many Christian leaders are shouting for you to hear,"Your children are being alienated through the state schools from the values and beliefs held by you and your forefathers." The reason is simple. Many powerful people do not believe in God or the Bible. They believe the children will be better off the sooner they can eradicate the last grains of Christian faith from American culture. Why else do you think the public schools under national guidance of textbooks, curriculum, testing, and values, are teaching things like they are? Not only has humanism removed God from the training of children, but it has replaced the things of God with the philosophies of men, ie Humanism. That's what your children are being conditioned to in public schools today. No diferent from the original temptation, YOU shall control your own life by what you learn and you shall be your own god in control of your own destiny, so just ignore God and His word, take down the Ten Commandments, remove the Bible and prayer and all reference to God, learn science from the viewpoint of chaos instead of order, confusion instead of harmony. As the graduating Validictorian said from our local high school, when you leave home, you can pick and choose your own values. That's what the schools teach, not the absolute values of God. Whatever you like is right for you.
You cannot teach character without God. There is nothing to base it on. Reasoning can twist anything unless its grounded in the unchanging God who created us and will one day judge us according to His word.
It is the souls of children that is the issue. Where will they spend eternity? Other things are of lesser importance. Who cannot see that? The lesser things will come into line when the first importance is handled right.
Jesus pointed out that the people of this generation are wiser in seeking their own ways than the children of light. In truth, it can be said the atheists and humanists have done much to destroy what used to be the basis of 99% of all American schools. How corrupt does the culture have to stink with children murdering children, reading stories of Murder in the Dollhouse even in third grade public school here in Wichita Falls, before the pastors and fathers and mothers wake up to protect their children? How long will you take to hear? Will it be at the last day? On the day of Judgment? Or will it be today? Now is the time to hear and obey God. Quit looking to men for approval. How can you believe, Jesus asked, when you seek the approval that comes from men and not from God? I ask your prayers for me as I seek to continue on this walk for the sake of our children. And I ask you to walk toward the same goal, of a godly school for the children. In Jesus' name, Amen.

A school system that in its teaching of children is allowed to regularly and consistently omit the national roots of virtue, faith, and character of good men .....and in its place teach scorn for their own heritage through outright vilification or programmed ignorance....is setting the nation up to be cut off from its roots so its people can be easily swayed to another way of thinking.
Karl Marx said it, Nikita Kruschef said it, Hitler did it, and the same social utopian socialism forces have accomplished too much in carrying out that same work here in America. Russia has dissolved so we no longer have the name Communism to blame. Consider that in Russia, Soviet Socialist Russia of the communism days, government ran the schools, dictated what would be said, owned the schools and paid the teachers salaries, so the parents had no say against what the state system wanted to teach. Same thing in Germany. What's so different here in America today? We used to have, a long time ago, when America was new, private education paid for by private families. Remember that?
We're so used to state education, we've forgotten the value of private schools. Wonder why? It wasn't taught. The simple truth is most men would rather have their children fed and clothed by the government than educated by the government contrary to family values.
This nation originally knew it was a step toward control of the people when they let the government who ruled them also teach them what to believe. But that famous quote has been systematically removed from all public school history books.

What did socialism mean but to have the government protect the group of people, the commune of people, more than the individual? Individual lives were trampled on in the name of the good of the STATE. The individual person was transformed into a non-personal GROUP of people, where the GROUP, the SOCIETY, had more rights than any individual in that society. You've heard of Johny Can't Read and Johny Can't Write? He can't even remember his history because state public, ie socialistic schools no longer teach true and rightly divided American history. In the days when such things were still taught, America had private schools. Local school teachers were paid by local people and taught what the local fathers said they would teach. Today that decision is dictated from economic and political forces far removed from the fathers. Father's ceased having a significant influence on what their children learned or didn't learn a long time ago. And therein lies the problem.
God's first commandment to a family was to reproduce. Well that family was created and formed in the image of God. For them to reproduce they would have children that also knew God. That's why God chose Abraham, because He knew Abraham would be faithful to train up his children in the knowledge of God. The Bible is full of detailed scripture about training up children which is ignored and no longer taught by schools today. Why? Because they don't want Johny to know God. Else they would teach God. What they want Johny to know they teach. Things like evolution, ...Johny, you came from slime or an ape. You evolved by pure chance out of chaos. Your life is the product of chaos and chance. There are no absolutes, certainly no Ten Commandments in school! Relative change from the status quo is good for you because that's the only way you can evolve more, so cut off the old roots and go on to the new and daring different things. There are no absolutes, just discover who you are and feel good. Don't be bound by the traditions of your parents. Their ways are for them and your ways are yet to be found through your own personal experiences and feelings. So says the new curriculum in social schools, paid for by government, dictated by government in what's taught and not taught.

Nothing less than the National Endowment for the Humanities has published a report in 1987 outlining the marked decline in the teaching of history and literature in American public, ie state social schools. This failure to teach the true roots of America as declared by our Founding Fathers is aiding and abetting the enemy of America. Indeed it has been done internally, as forewarned by our first commander-in-chief in his farewell address. By the definition of men who risked life and property to establish this nation, failure to teach the whole story of what happened is a failure to prepare the children to preserve their inheritance. That is happening. We have given away individual liberty for more government protection from ourselves, without hardly a fight. The United States Government has published a budget prediction of 80% tax rate in a few years. How different is that from the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic of Russia, where the government owned everything? Is eighty percent so much different from a hundred percent that we can ignore the similarity?
Clinton wants22 Billion Dollars for Federal Control Over Children but he would vetoed a 500 dollar tax break for the father and mother to keep their own child at home. He's wants to take your money and give it to somebody else to take care of your children instead of letting you have your own money for taking care of your own child. Tha's big brother government, really wanting to just use you to birth the children, then the government wants to raise them from the cradle to the grave. Is that what you want? If not, support me in this effort to inform parents hoping they can unite for the good of their children.
How is it that Clinton has proposed a 22 Billion dollar government program so the government can tax more to pay for government sponsored day care? The same man turned down a proposal that would have let families take care of their own children with a 500 dollar tax credit. He wants government control over the family and their children. Control the family by taxing them more to pay the 22 billion, and control over the children by putting them in day care instead of leaving them at home with mom or dad with the extra tax credit money that the government didn't take.

The fight over "Core Curriculum" is a fight for control of what will be taught.

The push for national testing is a subtle way to gain control over what is taught!
If you control the tests, you control what must be taught. Not very subtle but effective enough to deceive a lot of people so far.
The push for national standards, I have seen in the education research data base,
is leading towards national accreditation of teachers; and those who don't have the right viewpoint will be disqualified. Well, my friends, in a school system that pushes multicultural acceptance of everything on equal basis, with no difference in any values, what kind of teachers would be disqualified? Strong Christian teachers!!!
Smell the skunk and avoid it while you still can. A little longer of this apathy in America and it will be too late. There will not be enough people left who know the difference between the way things were and the way they have turned.
Too many teachers have already been institutionalized by the educational buracracy so that they simply do not know what they have been taught as it contrasts to what used to be taught.

to socialize America. It is called socialized democracy. Working hand in glove with the National Education Association, N.E.A., the national teachers union that is so opposed to private schools.
They don't want to lose their union power so they strongly oppose your sending children to a private school with your own money instead of letting the state use your money to tell your child what to learn!
With state schools, the principals and superintendents don't have to please the parents, just an impersonal government heirarchy of educrats. The principals and superintendents are obligated only to their chain of command and paycheck which does not include the individual parent.
The individual parent is a statistic who is shown to be happy and content each time the state has him come to school to pick up Johny's report card and fill out the survey asking, "Are you happy with your school?" Nearly all the parents parrot back the desired answer, partly because they never hear anything from the school but how EXCELLENT everything is. And those parents trust the school system to tell them the whole truth.
So they know very little of what they should know about metamorphosis in America. Therefore the state says to all the parents, See how 95% of our parents are rating our schools with a 95% satisfaction of excellence! So the more parents hear it, the more they believe it.
It used to be called one-sided control of the media. But now we grown accustomed to not having external voices, certainly the state only funds that of which it approves, and the poor parents are sent off working two jobs to pay the taxes so the state can spend more on administration over their children. It doesn't take all that much money to teach a child. It takes a god fearing, truth loving anointed soul. It doesn't take state certification. It takes God certification.
God commanded parents to prove out all things, certainly that includes the teachers they put in control over their children's minds five days a week! Church wake up and protect the little children, for of such is the kingdom of God. Forbid not the little children to come unto the word of God and to learn things in the light of Jesus Christ. Forbid not their teachers from lifting up all truth, and putting first things first!
Pay the price for a godly education for the little children, or pay another fearful price later.
Separate schools for separate ways of learning. Use forced tax money if you want to, but just don't force the choice of what kind of school we buy for our children with those tax dollars. Then people can have freedom of choice, and the freedom to pursue life, liberty, and happiness.
Separation of school and state is part of the true separation of church and state. Christians are commanded to train up their children in a godly manner. Schools which deny God do not fit the obligation of spiritually minded (see Romans 8:6) Christian parents.
Free-enterprise schools give freedom of choice. Each family could send their children to the school of their choice. The government dictation way says the government committee knows best. I don't want my child limited in learning to whatever the state dictates. I do not believe you want that limitation either. If we
have a free-enterprise schools instead of state schools, then we could pay with the tax-money voucher. This would still guarantee government taxed and paid schools for every child, regardless of income.
